"Mother in Training"
I purchased this item for the father of my only child as he is a HUGE New York Mets fan. He often plays with our daughter and her Original Mr. Potato Head and now it is only fitting he has a toy of his own.
This was a fantastic gift from daughter to father.

Mr. Potato Head with no storage space in his but means that you'll have arms and hats laying around your living room if your kids get ahold of this guy. But other than that, it's all good...LETS GO METS!!!

It's no Mr. Potato Head, that's for sure, though I did assume that going into it.
He is small - 6-7" high. The feet are not removable - it acts as a base I guess. It is a shiny, harder, darker plastic, not like the softer, creamier brown, grittier plastic of the actual Mr. Potato Head.
He has a line to mark the back compartment, but there isn't one - it's just for show.
Our bubble was a cream color, not pink as in the picture, so we didn't know it was supposed to be a bubble! haha
BUT, it is a sport's novelty and my husband liked it, and for the cost, it made a cute "grab bag" gift.
So, if you know someone who collects items of their favorite sports teams, this is a cute gift.

I got this for a friend he's 30 btw, I got it because he loves the mets. When i got it his face face off during shipping but oo well that's the good thing about Mr potato head. You just put him back together
